Teaching Sessions Include
  • An overview of the basics of human fertility and how it makes Natural Family Planning possible.
  • An explanation of the basic rules of the Symptothermal Method and how to interpret your observations.
  • An opportunity to see symptothermal charts illustrating various real-life situations.
  • An opportunity to complete a sample chart to practice your new skills.

Teaching sessions are designed to meet the needs of women and couples in various situations: achieving or avoiding pregnancy, after childbirth, and approaching menopause.  Ongoing support is available to help you interpret your charts and answer questions as needed.
