We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • With your permission, disclose it to the Serena organization(s) who will be providing the services to you.
  • When given permission, we use anonymized health, relationship status and motivation information to analyze and improve our programs and services.
  • We or the Serena Organizations providing your services may periodically send promotional emails about new programs, special events or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • To provide you with our services such as, learning the Symptothermal Method and chart interpretation.
