Planning Your Family the Natural Way

Family Planning is a major issue for many couples. Even if there are a number of options available to aid couples in achieving their goals, none are perfect, without side effects or effort. Birth control pills destroy the delicate hormonal balance of the woman’s body and condoms are barriers in more than one way.

Many women today desire to use a natural approach to plan their family and work in harmony with their body during their fertile years. If this is what you are looking for, then you might want to consider the Symptothermal Method of Natural Family Planning developed and taught by SERENA.

Does the amount of exercise a young man does have a bearing on the quality of his sperm?

Recently published research seems to show that exercise does improve the quality of sperm. Here is a summary of the conclusions.

Men who spend more than 20 hours a week in front of the television tend to produce sperm of lower quality than those who stay away from the small screen, according to an American study published last Tuesday.

American researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston analysed sperm samples from 189 young men (aged 18 to 22) and asked them specific questions about their life styles (exercise, diet, TV viewing).
